New Feature in Beta: Canned Messages

The latest update to Osaport lets users assign canned messages to their channels. When your operators are in a chat, they can simply click on a canned message to send it.

This feature is in beta, so it's liable to undergo minor changes over the next few days. One of the additional features we're developing is the ability to filter messages by keywords.

As always, feedback is welcome.

Two features currently under development:

Canned messages will be color-coded to indicate if they've already been sent.
Operators will be able to click on a list of keywords to update the list of canned messages. Clicking on a keyword adds it to the filter. Clicking on it twice removes all other keywords from the filter.

These features should become available by the end of the week.
